Complaint Processing Portal

We were required to develop a solid complaint processing platform where users could share their bad customer experience and where merchants could protect their reputation.

The team created and launched the service that encourages people to tell their stories of injustice and helps them to be heard. It is a non-profit service run and edited by moderators.
